By purchasing any EchovoAI service, the client confirms they have read and accepted this policy.
2.Nature of Services
All EchovoAI services — including AI voice agents, automation, consulting, or implementation — are customized digital services.No financial refunds are offered once collaboration is confirmed (via payment, signed agreement, or offer acceptance), even if work has not started.
3. Compensation and Alternatives
If a client is dissatisfied:
● Revisions or optimizations may be provided;
● Internal credits may be offered for other EchovoAI services;
● No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance
4.Cancellations and Modifications
Confirmation of collaboration is a firm commitment. Cancellations or refunds are not allowed, even if work has not started. Any compensation is only offered as equivalent services.
